    Existing Client Food Order Form

    This form is for EXISTING CLIENTS only.  You can find the new client form here.  Please allow one week (7 calendar days) for deliveries.  Therefore it is best to order when you have enough food to last you at least 14 days. Since the same type of food cannot be guaranteed, you need that additional 7 days to mix the food to avoid stomach issues with your animals. Treats and cat litter are supplied only when our inventory allows.  In order for your request to be received ALL fields MUST be completed.  If those fields are not completed we will not fill your request.

    If you have had a change of address or phone number, please also complete our client update form under the contact use.  You are required to keep us current on this information, or your food order may not be filled.
